Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1/2 ripe avocado, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix thoroughly and shape into 4 patties.
- Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for 5β6 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.
