Ingredients:
- 5 Chicken thighs
- Salt and pepper
- 5 Potatoes
- 2 Carrots
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 Onion
- A small bunch of Parsley
- 50g Butter
- 80g Honey
- 80g Sweet chili sauce
- 50ml Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
Directions:
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Cut potatoes into chunks.
- Coarsely chop carrots.
- In a pan, fry chicken thighs in butter for 5 minutes on each side.
- Finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley.
- Remove thighs and add potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, and parsley to the pan. Fry for 10 minutes.
- In another pan, mix honey, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and mustard.
- Place potatoes in a baking dish, add chicken thighs on top, and pour the honey sauce over.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
