🍬 Easy Coconut Ice Slice with Condensed Milk

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups icing sugar
  • 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3Β½ cups desiccated coconut
  • Pink food colouring (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix icing sugar, desiccated coconut, and condensed milk to form a stiff dough.
  2. Divide the mixture in half. Add a few drops of pink food colouring to one half and mix well.
  3. Press the uncoloured half into a lined square or rectangular tray to form an even layer.
  4. Press the pink layer on top of the white layer, smoothing it out evenly.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Slice into squares and enjoy!
