Ingredients:
- 4 cups icing sugar
- 1 can (395g) sweetened condensed milk
- 3Β½ cups desiccated coconut
- Pink food colouring (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix icing sugar, desiccated coconut, and condensed milk to form a stiff dough.
- Divide the mixture in half. Add a few drops of pink food colouring to one half and mix well.
- Press the uncoloured half into a lined square or rectangular tray to form an even layer.
- Press the pink layer on top of the white layer, smoothing it out evenly.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Slice into squares and enjoy!
