Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas (mashed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) milk (any kind – dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 cup (100 g) oats (use certified gluten-free oats)

Optional Add-ins (all sugar-free):

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract
  • Chopped nuts or seeds
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Dark chocolate chips (sugar-free, optional if your diet allows)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  2. Add the egg and milk. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the oats (and any optional add-ins).
  4. Pour the mixture into microwave-safe mugs (about 3/4 full).
