🍌 Banana Oatmeal Mug Cake (Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free)
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) milk (any kind – dairy or plant-based)
- 1 cup (100 g) oats (use certified gluten-free oats)
Optional Add-ins (all sugar-free):
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract
- Chopped nuts or seeds
- Unsweetened shredded coconut
- Dark chocolate chips (sugar-free, optional if your diet allows)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add the egg and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the oats (and any optional add-ins).
- Pour the mixture into microwave-safe mugs (about 3/4 full).
- Microwave on high for 2½–3 minutes, or until the center is cooked.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy warm!
