🍲 Ingredients (4 people)
400g white fish fillets
200 grams of peeled shrimp
1 leek
1 carrot
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
150 ml of dry white wine
200 ml light fresh cream
2 c. with olive oil soup
1 c. with flour soup
1 c. at the mustard cafe in Dijon
Fresh parsley
Sel & poivre
👨 🍳 Simple steps
Cutting & Preparation: Clean and cut vegetables. Chop the garlic, chop the parsley, cut the fish.
Cooking vegetables: In a hot pan, bring back the onion, add the leek and carrot. Bake for 5 min.
Gourmet Sauce: Add garlic, flour, thaw with wine. Let it thicken, then add cream, mustard, salt and pepper.
