Ingredients

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons ketchup

453g ground beef

1 teaspoon onion powder

65ml milk

125ml fine breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons mustard

1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Take a large bowl, add all the ingredients, and mix well until well combined.

Form small meatballs by hand, trying to keep the portions similar.

In a hot pan, brown the meatballs for 3 minutes on each side.
