Cowboy Butter:

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Juice of Β½ lemon
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Chicken + Pasta:

  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 250g linguine
  • Olive oil (for cooking)
  • Salt & pepper

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
