1οΈβ£ Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart (about 5β7 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed.
2οΈβ£ Add garlic and ginger to the skillet. Stir for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
3οΈβ£ In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using). Pour the sauce over the beef and stir well.
4οΈβ£ Add broccoli florets and optional red bell pepper slices. Stir to coat with the sauce. Cover and cook for 5β7 minutes, until broccoli is tender-crisp.
5οΈβ£ Remove from heat. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
