Honey Chicken Bites 🍯

Sweet, sticky, and savory—perfect over rice or noodles!

You’ll Need:

1 lb chicken (thighs or breast), cut into strips

Salt & pepper

1 tbsp oil

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup honey or brown sugar

2 tbsp vinegar (rice or apple cider)

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water

Quick Steps:

  1. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear in oil over medium-high heat until golden and almost cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, simmer soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, and ginger until slightly thick.
  4. Whisk together cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce to thicken.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and toss to coat until caramelized.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
