π₯£ Ingredients:
- 4 cups (480g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (220g) plain yogurt (room temp)
- 1 cup (200ml) water (lukewarm)
- 1 packet (10g) baking powder
- 1 tsp (8g) salt
- 1 tbsp (10ml) vegetable oil
π©βπ³ Instructions:
- Mix the Dough
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the yogurt, water, and oil. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead
Knead the dough for about 5β7 minutes until smooth and elastic. If itβs too sticky, add a little more flour.
- Divide & Shape
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each into a ball, then flatten into a circle (about Β½ cm thick).
- Cook
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease it if needed.
Place one dough circle in the pan. Cook for 2β3 minutes until bubbles form and the bottom is golden.
Flip and cook the other side for another 2β3 minutes.
- Serve
Serve warm with butter, cheese, honey, or use them as wraps!

- For extra flavor, brush the bread with melted garlic butter or sprinkle with herbs.
- Store leftovers wrapped in a cloth to keep them soft.
