β Ingredients:
Cowboy Butter:
- 100g butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Juice of Β½ lemon
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili flakes (or to taste)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Chicken + Pasta:
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 250g linguine
- Olive oil (for cooking)
- Salt & pepper
π₯ Instructions:
- Cook Pasta: Boil linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cook Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Sear the chicken slices until golden and cooked through. Season with salt & pepper.
- Make Cowboy Butter:
In a separate pan, melt butter. Add garlic and let it sizzle (donβt brown it).
Stir in mustard, lemon juice, paprika, chili flakes, parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a minute. - Combine:
Toss in the cooked chicken and stir to coat.
Add in the linguine and mix until everything is glossy and beautifully coated in that bold butter sauce. - Serve Warm: Garnish with more parsley or chili flakes if you like it extra bold. π§πΆοΈ

- A sprinkle of grated Parmesan
- A handful of baby spinach wilted in the butter
